Her feet slap against the ground, moving faster then the rain that falls around her. The gunshots behind her growing more rapid with each second but she must keep going.
If she makes it past the river she's safe all she has to do is run. Move faster breath softer and reach the safe point. But obstacles, obstacles, there are always obstacle! A tree to high a outward root. Everything always had to stand in her way, tear her down kick the dust.
The reason she was stuck running! Her feet moved faster avoiding every obstacle with ease and grace.
NOTHING was to stand in her way!!
